Kevin S. Shah, MD is an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist based in Long Beach, California. He currently practices at Long Beach Memorial Hospital, where he is dedicated to advancing cardiovascular and heart failure care, while training and mentoring the next generation of cardiologists. He is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of California Irvine School of Medicine. Dr. Shah’s career has been marked by a commitment to clinical excellence, research innovation, and education. He has received numerous accolades for his teaching, scholarly publications in journals including JACC and Circulation, as well as his contributions to cardiovascular medicine. His interests include reducing the burden of cardiovascular disease among South Asians as well as comprehensive heart failure care.
